Safety of passengers

At Pushpak, safety of the passengers is given highest priority.We believe that a simple task like this can be helpful in so many ways. We ensure that all drivers adhere to safe speed limits and recognize the need to train them with the skills of night driving. Every driver is tested on his skill by our Works Manager and only thereafter is absorbed into the company. We deploy our own patrol vehicles at times to check on speed limits. It is made very clear to all our drivers that if there is a deviation of any sort in safety limits then rigorous action would be taken against them. We address all concerns about drivers immediately and effectively.

Route optimization

At Pushpak, we have dedicated personnel appointed to a client that take care of routing and scheduling, to ensure optimization of kms covered with respect to time.

Tracking

For all vehicles, our on site personnel, take the km reading before the vehicle departs for a pickup or drop and after its arrival. This data is gathered, accumulated and tabulated for further reference daily. While it is gathered onsite manually, it is immediately transferred onto our MIS at the office by our qualified accountant and data entry operators.

Cost productivity

Maximum vehicle utilization, in terms of kms covered and occupancy levels, will be maintained through proper scheduling and time adherence.

Local statutory regulations

All necessary documentation has been gathered by us about all drivers, which includes, medical tests performed, references from past employer, police verification, driving test conducted and valid driving license. All necessary documentation has been done for all our vehicles, which includes, registration, comprehensive insurance and road worthiness certificate issued by RTA.
